Job Description - Yoga Teacher
Yoga is practised amongst others in the Hindu and Buddhist cultures of India. There are many different types of yoga traditions including Iyengar Yoga and Sivananda Yoga is a word with its origins in the ancient Sanskrit language and means union and discipline. Yoga is practised by people of all ages, is said to improve health through posture and breathing, and improves mental health through meditation. Training & Qualifications There are many different types of yoga classes available especially part time/evening classes. These courses can be taken at all different places from yoga institutes to local town halls. Once you have mastered yoga then you can go on to train as a yoga teacher.
