Job Description - Ski Instructor

Ski instructors can work all over the world, there are many different opportunities such as teaching at a ski school, private instruction, ski guiding, working for a hotel or working for a tour operator and there are also opportunities working at dry ski slopes.

A ski instructor may teach people on a one to one basis or teach group lessons. Ski Instructors work at every level and can teach from absolute beginners, to coaching professional skiers who want to improve their skiing technique. The instructor job is not only to teach people to ski, but to teach them how to use the ski lifts and about mountain safety and etiquette".

Training & Qualifications
