A Nutritional Consultant advises people on how to improve their general health and fitness. The consultant will look at the everyday lifestyle, history and dietary habits of their client and then assess which foods, vitamins, and minerals could improve their health. The Nutrition Consultant will help their client by developing an eating plan for them.
